I just recently started takeing some Acai Berry pills and it doesnt tell me what I should eat, or if I should eat, or even what kind of diet I should take so I can take advantage of the acai pills.
UGH please help, whos lost weight while takeing these acai pills? How did you do it???!!! how often/ what did you eat, what about excersizing too?

    This pills are crap forget about them.

    Just do sports and balance your meals and you will be fine.

    They are untested and unproven, advertised to the massive “i wanna lose weight but don’t wanna do something ridiculous like manage my diet or god forbid WORK OUT” market.

    This question is backwards. It should be “how can i maximize my weigh-loss results through exercise …. yadayadayada……… what about acai berry pills?”

    Acai berry pills are a waste of money – they just don’t work.

    There are a lot of scams on line – type in “acai berry scams” to search for questions and read answers.

    All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise :)

    Gentry: I would assume that your primary goal for taking Acai Berry Pills is for weight loss. First of all, I want to make it clear to you that Acai Berry does not directly help you lose weight. Taking the pills alone is not enough to shed off fats in the next few weeks. To make it work at its best, you need to match it up with a low-fat diet and a regular exercise. If all these three (Acai intake, low-fat diet and regular exercise) are taken/practiced altogether, your chances of losing weight are higher.

    I tried the acai berry pill and worked out. I did tae bo. And I lost weight maybe because I was supplementing my body well and burned the unwanted fats. It is not easy though. Glad I am determined enough to lose weight and I did.
