Three things:
1. Citrus fruits are very acidic. Although not as acidic as your stomach, fruits still help with digestion because of their low pH level.
2. Sometimes eating too much fruit makes you use the restroom more. Getting rid of the waste in your body makes you lose a small amount of weight.
3. Fruits are low in Calories!
It has vitamins in it, and vitamins are always good for you.
So you might be losing weight because you cant digest something because your low on vitamins.
