Okay so go you with having the ability to change your diet and health. You are not eating a true raw diet though. Tofu is processed. You dont see it grow on plants. Watch what is in those seasoned ingredients. Still good job at making a healthier choice

Its very sad that most don’t research everything they eat and believe everything they are told. Good for you for breaking away from the sheep. I hope more people learn as much as they can to help loved ones and friends. Its hard to break away from the norm. Who ever gave me a negative Nelly is so kind and just loves people cant you tell? Maybe my comments are a little brisk , but I’m very angry with how many people are suffering from being brain washed. Ive seen to much sickness. Best wishes

This is one thing meat eaters often ask ” what do you eat then” a narrow minded question and probably one from people who never cook? I’ve been vegan for over ten years now, I love to cook and find new flavors etc. When people say tofu is disgusting they are right in a way, I think to like some food’s is a learnt thing e.g. I wonder what a person who had never tried milk, would think of it if they drank it later in life?I also hated soy milk at first,I love it now like I loved milk as a kid.

wow, thanks for the info, i must look that up

I seen a good documentary about Asian soy and its GMO it doesn’t breakdown in the body even after heated 300 degree’s. Soy is Phytoestrogens and causes cancer. Women who eat allot of soy pregnant and a have a boy the baby is born with testicles up inside and or sexual deformities/very feminine. Where cancer is found in body excess estrogen is in that spot. Look for world without cancer documentary. A woman I know had a son raised on soy and her child died from leukemia. This is very common.

    good luck on your journey..:)
