I need to lose a lot of weight, and I was wondering: Is acai berry healthy? Which one works best? How expensive is it (after the supposed free trial is over). Also, can one stop taking it after the weight is lost, without gaining it all back? Also, any personal experiences with it would be helpful.

Thanks, and God bless!

Don’t sign up for the free trial, I did it for the hell of it. All they do is is spam your phone number.

I’d give them a chance, but by the way they spam the internet with paid blogs, fake marketing, I’m sure it’s safe to assume their BS.

I agree with the guy that said colon cleanse.

    I also advocate juice fasting.

No matter what method you use for weight loss, it is impossible to stop from regaining your weight if you expect to eat “normal.”

Take a fast, your body will then normalize itself and function the way it was intended. After the fast, you need to eat less refined sugars and have a balance between natural proteins and carbohydrates. Nuts, meat and fruit. With this kind if diet, it’s not easy if not impossible to become overweight.

It’s also good to have a diet primarily of proteins (meat, nuts) rather than carbohydrates/sugar if your prone to weight gain.

Carbohydrates/sugar are the primary source our body uses for energy, and access is usually stored as fat. So if you reduce your intake, and eat more proteins which is a less efficient source of energy, you’ll minimize fat gain.

Then again, if you just cut out processed sugar and and eat natural raw foods without unnaturally gorging yourself, you’ll never be overweight.

If you really need something sweet in your diet, eat fruit, you can eat all the fruit you want. If you need something that’s processed, or with coffee, you have 4 basic alternatives for sugar. Xylitol, honey, agave nectar, and Stevia.

Please avoid anything containing Aspartame or Splenda.

Acai berry tablets DO NOT work for weight loss. Acai Berry is a fantastic supplement. It has very powerful antioxidant properties and can be categorized as a superfood. But there is no proven research that Acai Berry helps with weight loss. Marketers have mis-used Oprah’s and Dr Oz’s names to market the product. It seems to be working as I see a lot of questions on Acai Berry and weight loss.
